St. Patrick’s Day Tradition

These 1970 newspaper images recall the Fire Company’s annual St. Patrick’s Day  tradition that started way back in 1913.  I can’t remember the exact year when we stopped holding the annual dance, but I am going to guess that it was the late 1980s or early 1990s.  My father, Tony Vaz, is second from the left. And, yes, that’s Nate Horowitz sporting a gotee.   You can enlarge the images with your mouse.
