This view card was postmarked on a September morning in 1928 at the Seaside Heights Post Office. It was sent to Irving Warner in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, from his mother. I uploaded the original color version of the postcard as well as a black and white scan (16-grayscale) to highlight the point that most of the early colorized postcards were processed from a corresponding black and white photograph. The black and white postcard below shows what the original photograph would have looked like.
